Festival Vendor Information

Welcome to the Orlando International Jazz Festival Vendor page where you will find all necessary information for vendors.

Important Dates:

Registration Begins Wednesday, December 1, 2021

Registration Ends Tuesday, March 1, 2022 (or until space is sold out)

Vendor Set Up: Saturday, March 19, 2022, 12:00pm-4:00pm

Vendor Tear Down: Saturday, March 19, 2022, 10:00pm

*Payment must be received with 14 days of application approval.  If payment is not received in a timely manner, your space will not be confirmed.

Restrictions: Apopka International Jazz Festival  respects trademark, copyright and intellectual property rights. No “bootleg” items will be permitted. Such items include: audiotapes, video tables or any other merchandise of illegal nature. Any violations may be subject to non-participation in future events.

 

Indemnification:   The vendor agrees that he/she will indemnify and save Apopka International Jazz Festival and agents, City of Apopka and agents, Apopka Amphitheater and agents harmless and free from all damage or other liabilities within the facility or adjacent thereto by reason of any injury to persons or property occasioned by an act of omission of the vendor or any of its officers, agents, employees, guests or other persons admittedly the vendor upon the premises and vendor agrees at its own cost and expense to defend and protect Apopka International Jazz Festival  and agents, City of Apopka and agents, Apopka Amphitheater and agents and all such claims and demands including attorney and paralegal fees. *Vendor/I understand that it is solely my responsibility to comply with all conditions of this agreement/application.
Approval/response will be given within 48 hours upon receipt of completed application.
